My Story
Ben has been working with youth and adults for the last several years. He is interested in how lived experiences influence how we see ourselves, our relationships, and what we think is possible. He believes that everyone deserves honest conversation that moves at a pace that feels safe and respectful, and without pressure to perform.
His experiences include working with teens, adults, and families across diverse cultures and communities. Ben pays close attention to how family dynamics, identity, and larger systems show up in everyday emotional and relational patterns. He sees therapy as collaborative space to slow things down and explore new ways of relating to self and the world.
Ben is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and he hold a master's degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University. He specializes in treating Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) and Trauma.
