My Story
Emily enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families through client-centered collaboration. She cultivates safety in therapeutic relationships with a nonjudgmental approach to client identities and life circumstances. She began her career supporting adolescents and families in navigating the public school setting, and has experience working with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Emily’s therapeutic interests include trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and self-esteem issues. She enjoys working with somatic modalities and has additional training in equine assisted psychotherapy.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Pomona College and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara.
