AMFT / ASW / APCC / PPS
JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a paid school based position serving youth in Ventura County. The Empire staff may provide individual and / or group counseling on school sites within Ventura County. They will also gain experience collaborating with IEP team members, other school based staff and family members of the student. Staff will be provided group and individual supervision after school hours as needed to obtain hours for licensing. Empire staff are responsible for maintaining fidelity to school
based services protocol and that all paperwork is completed to Federal, State and County standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree in a counseling field.
Registered BBS Intern number required.
Thorough knowledge of Special Education requirements specific to Ventura County SELPA.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
